I got asked a few weeks ago to take some shots for a antiquities collector, these images are from his price collection.
They are truly stunning!! just as much in real person as I hope have been captured in these images.
I can really imagine the power they would have had over the local people when being warn during ceremonial occasions, The craftsmanship of the masks them selfs is just wonderful!
Such interesting pieces to photograph.
